Hours of Service
The hours of service for Disabled and Aged Regional Transportation System (D.A.R.T.S.) are as follows.
Monday to Friday: 5:00 am to 2:00 am
Saturday: 6:00 am to 2:00 am
Sunday: 6:30 am to 12:30 am

Advance Booking Requirement
Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance of travel, up to limited same day availability.
Online Booking Information
Online booking is available for Disabled and Aged Regional Transportation System (D.A.R.T.S.) registered users through the Web Booking section of the D.A.R.T.S. website. Non-registered users should phone 905-529-1212.
Registered users should phone 905-529-1717, press 0 for reservations, press 1 for cancellations or ride status.

Wheeled Mobility Aids
Disabled and Aged Regional Transportation System (D.A.R.T.S.) vehicles provide 4 spaces for wheeled mobility aids. Vehicles can accommodate wheeled mobility aids up to 122 centimetres (48 inches) in length, 76 centimetres (30 inches) in width, and 272 kilograms (600 pounds) in weight when occupied.
