Eligibility
TransHelp provides specialized public transit for eligible residents in Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga.
You may be eligible for TransHelp if you experience a barrier to using conventional public transit due to your physical, cognitive, visual, sensory or mental health disability.

Advance Booking Requirement
Bookings can be made one week in advance of travel, up to a minimum of one business day in advance of travel.

Wheeled Mobility Aids
Transhelp vehicles can accommodate wheeled mobility aids up to:
- 127 cm or 50 inches in length,
- 76 cm or 30 inches in width, and
- 362 kg or 800 lbs in weight (when occupied).
