The station building pedestrian bridge elevator on the east end leading to platform 1 and the lower parking deck is out of service. Customers can access platform 2 using the north elevator on the station building bridge on the east end. To access platform 1 customers can use an elevator connected by Bay Street on the west side pedestrian bridge. Platform 1 can also be accessed using the parking deck ramp.
